MyTrainingDocs ("we") operates a private, invitation-only training portal. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We act as a data processor on behalf of the training partner/institution that invites you.

What we collect

• Account data — your name and email address, provided by your training partner.
• Learning activity — which chapters and labs you start and finish, and your practice-quiz results.
• Preferences — your chosen reading theme, text size and font.
• Contact submissions — anything you send via our contact form.
• Limited technical data — a truncated IP address used only for security rate-limiting and audit logs.

How we use it

To authenticate you, deliver your assigned content, record progress for your training partner, secure the service, and respond to your messages. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Sub-processors

We use Cloudflare (hosting, database and storage) and Resend (transactional email). They process data only to provide these services.

Retention & your rights

We keep account and progress data while your access is active, then anonymise or delete it. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected].

Children

Some exam-prep learners are minors. Where a learner is a minor, processing is carried out on the basis of verifiable parental/guardian consent obtained via the training partner, and behavioural tracking is limited accordingly.

Security & changes

Access is login-only and content is served only to authenticated, authorised users. We may update this policy; material changes will be notified through the portal.
